At Otospex Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.
2. Custom Services (Websites, Software Development)
Custom services including website design, web application development, and software development are tailored to each client's specific requirements.
- Before work begins: Full refund available if the project is cancelled before any work has commenced
- After work has begun: Custom development services are non-refundable once work has started, as deliverables are created specifically for each client
- Prepaid retainers: The unused portion of prepaid retainers is refundable upon request within 30 days of the last completed work
3. Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly services such as SEO management, digital marketing, and maintenance:
- Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
- A prorated refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period
- Services will continue through the end of the notice period
4. Advertising Spend
Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is paid directly to third-party advertising platforms and is non-refundable by Otospex Solutions. Refund requests for ad spend must be directed to the respective advertising platform. Our management fees for advertising campaigns follow the monthly retainer policy outlined in Section 3.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables:
- We offer one round of revisions at no additional cost to address your concerns
- Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of deliverable presentation
- Revisions are limited to the original project scope and specifications
6. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control
